using locally foraged finds whenever I'm able is a priority for my work. luckily, my yard is full of dye materials. we have feet of tangled, beautiful grapevine.
leaves provide a tannin-rich bath in the early spring to summer. grapes provide a lavender-grey every other year. the vines are plentiful all year round. uses include making homemade vine charcoal and vine black ink.
