the printing process -
each towel is printed by hand using a block printing technique. to create a block print, I draw then carve my design into a sheet of linoleum. the block is inked and printed by hand. the inks are all environmentally friendly. due to the handmade nature of the printing process, subtle variations in composition or ink coverage may occur.
