the details - 
* 100% unbleached cotton towels, also called 'flour sack' towels
* each towel measures 27" x 27" & has a convenient hanging loop in the upper right corner 
* safe to machine wash and dry; do not bleach
 * inks are all individually hand mixed, subtle variations can occur between batches 
 
the printing process -
each towel is printed by hand using a block printing technique.  to create a block print, I draw & then carve my design into a sheet of linoleum. the block is inked repeatedly and printed by hand. the inks are all environmentally friendly. due to the handmade nature of the printing process, subtle variations in composition or ink coverage may occur.
